These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dofus Builds (the "Site"), a free, fan-made build calculator for the game Dofus 3. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

Dofus Builds lets you assemble character builds, equip items and simulate stats. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", as a hobby project. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Not affiliated with Ankama

Dofus Builds is an unofficial, fan-made site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ankama. "Dofus" and all related names, images and game content are trademarks and property of Ankama. Game data is provided through the third-party DofusDude API.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used abusively.

4. User content (public builds)

If you choose to make a build public, you allow us to host and display it on the Site so other users can view it. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not break any law or these Terms. We may remove any content or build at our discretion, particularly if it is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or overload the Site in an automated, abusive way; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Normal, personal use of the calculator is, of course, welcome.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's own code, design and original content belong to Dofus Builds. Game-related content, names and assets belong to Ankama. Item and set data is sourced from the DofusDude API. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights over Ankama's intellectual property.

7. No warranty & accuracy

The Site is provided without warranties of any kind. Game data may be incomplete, outdated, or differ from the live game (for example, after a game update before our data is refreshed). You use the calculations at your own risk and should verify anything important in the game itself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dofus Builds and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
